A client approached TECH with an opportunity to provide production molds and parts for an electronic telecommunications
application. The parts are made in Vectra A-130, a high-temperature engineering thermoplastic. Due to the competitive
nature of the industry, the parts needed to be manufactured in the most economical manner possible.

- Build multiple, hard-steel, class 101 multi-cavity molds
- Install a servo-driven robot to decrease labor costs due to repetitive tasks
- Close loop glycol heaters for consistent mold temperature
- Close loop material conveyance/drying/regrind system
- Install a hot sprue in the mold to limit the material consumption
